About HOApro.us
We build the document infrastructure that HOA boards, community managers, and self-managed associations rely on to stay compliant — without hiring a lawyer for every routine form.
Our Mission
HOApro.us was founded on a simple premise: HOA boards should not need to pay hundreds of dollars in attorney fees every time they need to send a routine violation notice, call a meeting, or prepare a resale certificate.
Our platform provides professionally drafted, state-specific HOA document templates for informational and administrative purposes. Every document is produced by a deterministic template engine — not a large language model. The same inputs always produce the same output.
We cover all 50 US states, with special depth for the five powerhouse states (California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Nevada) where statutory requirements are most complex. Our bilingual EN+ES support serves the growing number of communities where Spanish is the primary language of homeowners.
We deliberately chose not to use generative AI. AI language models can invent statute citations, fabricate requirements, and produce confident-sounding but factually wrong legal language. Our template engine only outputs exactly what our editorial team has reviewed and approved.
Editorial Policy
Statute-Cited Language
All state-specific provisions in our templates cite the specific statute section they implement. For example, California annual policy statement fields cite Civil Code §§ 4550–4600. Texas enforcement notices cite Property Code Chapter 209.
Annual Review Cycle
Each state's templates are reviewed at the start of every calendar year against the current legislative session. States with active HOA legislation (CA, FL, TX, CO, WA) are reviewed mid-session as well.
Professional Review
New templates and major revisions are reviewed by licensed paralegals with community association law experience before publication. Powerhouse state templates are reviewed by attorneys licensed in those states.
Transparency
We disclose the statute version and review date in every document footer. If our templates are out of date with a recent statutory change, we want you to know — and we welcome corrections at info@hoapro.us.
