HOApro.us does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You do not need to opt out of a sale of your data because no such sale occurs.

Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we collected it, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
Right to Access
You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you in a portable, machine-readable format.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal obligations or completing a transaction you requested).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, so no opt-out action is necessary.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or retaliate against you for exercising your rights.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, so this right does not apply in the context of HOApro.us.
How to Submit a Rights Request
To exercise any of your CCPA rights, you may submit a request by:

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any rights request. Verification may require you to confirm access to the email address associated with your account. We will not disclose personal information in response to a request without adequate identity verification.
Response time: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and fulfill it within 45 calendar days. If we require an extension (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you and explain the reason.
Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and will verify your identity directly to protect against fraudulent requests.
